1. Consultation – The initial consultation is free of charge within a 30 mile radius of Hook, Hampshire. The first meeting is usually used to understand and agree the scope of work, provide design advice and take accurate window measurements to be able to provide bespoke products and fabrics. Please note, we cannot be held responsible for the accuracy of measurements supplied by the client.
  2. Quote – A full quote detailing the cost of each item to be provided. Quotes are valid for 30 days.
  3. Fabric – Fabric for curtains, blinds, bedding, pelmets, swags and tails, cushions and lampshades will be provided by Amanda Gregory Soft Furnishings.
  4. Deposit – A deposit of 50% of the agreed quote is required to secure your order. Payment can be made by cash, bank transfer or paypal. All orders are unique therefore clients should be aware that the deposit is non-refundable, as it will be used to order supplies specific to individual project requirements.
  5. Tracks/Poles – We provide tracks and poles as required.
  6. Fitting – We provide a professional fitting service.
  7. Lead-time – Turnaround time is generally 3-4 weeks from the deposit being received. However please be aware that most products are bespoke and the turnaround time can vary and is dependent on the size of the order.
  8. Completion – Please note that once your items have been completed, we will contact you to make arrangements to deliver and fit as required.
  9. Installation – We like to ensure that our bespoke products are installed to look their best. Therefore we will usually arrange to hang and dress your soft furnishings at no extra charge.
  10. Final Payment – Upon completion of the work a written invoice will be provided which details each item, the deposit paid and the final balance to be paid. Final payment is due upon delivery of the completed items. All goods remain the property of Amanda Gregory Soft Furnishings until payment is received in full.
  11. Make it safe – In line with safety regulations – please note that all our blinds are always supplied with child safety devices which should remain fitted to avoid any risk to babies or small children.
